Sharmila Chari is a postgraduate in Commerce with over 25 years of diverse experience spanning international and national markets. She is a seasoned professional with a strong background in operations and the management of large-scale projects across both corporate and development sectors.

In the NGO space, she has developed deep expertise in documentation and communication—crafting high-quality proposals, editing newsletters, preparing detailed donor reports, and building effective donor relations. Her work reflects a commitment to clarity, impact, and strategic alignment with organizational goals.

Shwetha Kamat has been an integral part of I Create for over a decade, currently serving as the Team Lead for social media and Business Planning. A commerce graduate, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role. Prior to joining I Create, she spent around 8 years in the finance department at Infosys, honing her skills in financial management and analysis. In addition to overseeing social media and business plans, she also works on preparing monthly reports, managing the company website, and designing certificates and banners for various programs.

He is a post graduate in rural economics and farm management from Karnataka University, Dharwad and has been associated with I Create more than 12 years. As a Business Plan Specialist, he is responsible for reviewing all plans sent by Mentors with necessary guidance, finalizing plans and sending for approval.
He also works as Trainer for entrepreneurship training as and when required. He has about twenty years of experience with reputed NGOs and consulting organizations in the areas of urban development, entrepreneurship development, education and health covering both urban & rural areas from Karnataka.

She has over ten years of experience as with I Create India, Bangalore. She previously worked at TISCO Jamshedpur, in various departments, including CED and CRM, as a data maintenance executive. Radha holds a degree in Commerce and a Diploma in Secretarial Practice from the National Institute of Open School, New Delhi, along with proficiency in Tally. In her current role as a Hub Co Ordinator for (South & West) she manages the database in Zoho CRM and prepares consolidated reports daily, monthly for Army participants in programs across the country. Her commerce background also allows her to facilitate training sessions when needed.

Preeti Purohit is an accomplished professional with an MBA in Development Management from IIHMR University. She also holds a PG Diploma in CSR, a Law degree, a B.Ed., and a B.Com. Her diverse educational background reflects her commitment to continuous learning and development. Currently serving as the Hub Coordinator for the North region, Preetis responsibilities encompass a wide range of administrative and facilitation tasks. She coordinates, supervises, and monitors activities across multiple centers, ensuring efficiency and quality in operations.

Mohammad Khurram holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and has over eight years of experience in the Training and Development domain. Since joining I Create India in September 2021, he has been serving as the Regional Coordinator for the North region. In this role, Mohammad oversees the planning and logistics of I Create activities with Army Centres, ensuring seamless operations and teamwork through quarterly visits. He mentors facilitators, conducts practice sessions, and steps in to lead programs during emergencies. His responsibilities also include timely reporting, fostering positive relationships, addressing challenges, and supporting the organization’s goals.

He holds a Master in Arts and a Bachelor in Education degree. And has been associated with I Create for the last five years. His work includes coordinating with Army centers for dates, logistics and other support for conducting I Create activities, coordinating with facilitators regarding the conduct of programs, visiting centers to ensure smooth conduct of programs and teamwork, conducting practice sessions for new recruits, ensuring timely submission of reports and other HQ/donor requirements, regular conduct of AEW and mentoring the veterans of his center. His previous experience also includes the role of supervisor at the Maharashtra Entrepreneur and Development Centre and as a logistics and supply chain supervisor at various MNCs like Mahindra and Volkswagen.

Anurag Mishra holds a postgraduate degree in Social work and Computer Applications (Gold Medalist). He has more than 9 years of working experience as Trainer in various sectors such as Education, Health, Gender, Livelihood, Socio Emotion Learning and Mentoring for Youth and Adolescents. He was awarded as “Child Rights Defender” by I thought Organization. He is working with I Create India since Dec-2019. Anurag is responsible for Coordination of all BIC activities including conducting workshops, mentoring of Business Plans, Entrepreneurs Creation, Success Stories Preparation and Handholding of the protégés trained at the BIC. He is also responsible for maintaining reports and database.

He has been working at I Create India for the last 1.7 years and is a native of Bengaluru with a bachelor 0degree in the arts. He has 16 years of experience working in an international call center. He started his career as an advisor before becoming a Subject Matter Expert, Team Leader, and business consultant. He has previously educated a large number of team members. He always strives to be a good motivator and mentor. Rajesh is an extremely motivated and energetic individual who would give it his all when he has a goal to strive for. He is the kind of person who is constantly looking to grow and do amazing things.

I am a post graduate in commerce. Currently with I create as a donor support, Documentation and HR professional. With around 5 yrs of experience in banking, I bring financial and organisational skills to my role.

Parameshwar Gaded holds a Master of Arts in Economics and has over eight years of experience in the livelihood sector, where he has provided guidance and support to budding micro-entrepreneurs in North Karnataka. He joined I Create India in August 2024 to assist army veterans in facilitating training programs focused on entrepreneurship development and supporting them in starting independent business ventures. He is deeply passionate about being part of this learning process and takes pride in his role as a facilitator.

Kiran T.R. is a passionate educator and facilitator at I Create India, where he has been contributing for the past month. Holding a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Education degree, Kiran brings over five years of teaching experience. He specializes in training army veterans in entrepreneurship, empowering them with the knowledge and skills to establish successful businesses.

Harshad Vasawade, an MBA graduate specializing in Marketing and Finance, has been associated with I Create India for 1 year and 6 months. As an Entrepreneurship Facilitator, he conducts workshops tailored for Army veterans transitioning to civilian life. His role involves equipping them with entrepreneurial skills and knowledge through workshops and personalized mentoring. Harshad is passionate about guiding retired personnel to establish successful businesses, utilizing his expertise to foster confidence and capability in his participants. His dedication and mentorship have been instrumental in empowering veterans to transform their ideas into sustainable entrepreneurial ventures.

Sudarshan Patil, a B.Sc. graduate in Computer Science, has been associated with I Create India for 1 year. As an Entrepreneurship Facilitator, he specializes in conducting workshops for Army veterans, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to transition into successful entrepreneurial roles. His role involves mentoring retired personnel, providing guidance on business planning, management, and sustainability. Sudarshan’s technical background and commitment to empowering veterans make him a valuable resource for participants. Through his efforts, he inspires confidence and enables veterans to effectively utilize their skills and experience in building thriving entrepreneurial ventures.

Sagar Kale completed Post Graduation in MBA in Marketing and MA in English from Pune University. He has 11 years of experience in the field of entrepreneurship. He has worked with MCED (Maharashtra Centre for Entrepreneurship Development) as a Programme Coordinator. He has also worked with Seven Hills Farmers Producer Co. Ltd; Pimpalgaon Depa, Tal-Sangamner, Dist. Ahmednagar, as a manager. He has experience in the field of Project Planning, Establishment of FPO, Creating Farmers Self Help groups, Aggregation, Market Linkage and Business Development of Farmers Producer Company. From July 2019, he has been associated with I Create India as an Entrepreneur Facilitator and Mentor. Entrepreneurship Development Training, Mentoring, Business Plan Preparation has been the main focus in I Create India.

He completed his post-graduation in MBA in Marketing. He has experience in the field of Self Help Group (SHG) & 2 years’ experience in the field of Entrepreneurship Development. From June-2023, he has been associate with I Create India as an Entrepreneur Facilitator & Mentor for Mechanized Infantry Center &; School (MIC&S) Center, Ahilyanagar.

He has been with I Create India for four years, started as a Centre Coordinator and Facilitator at the BEG Centre in Pune. He is now providing his service at the MIC & S Centre in Ahilyanagar. With postgraduate degree in English Literature and Mass Communication, he is specialised in Media Research. He brings a strong educational foundation at his work. Sunil has designed training content and delivered training across the Maharashtra, Bhopal, and Chhattisgarh, collaborated with organizations like Pratham as a Master Trainer. With extensive experience in entrepreneurial development, he has trained grassroots communities, Self Helping Groups, schools, colleges, women, and entrepreneurs, empowering individuals and communities through his education.

Pradip B Minde holds a Master Degree in Business Administration He has previous experience in Agricultural sector. Pradip is a facilitator at BEG & Centre Pune.

I have recently joined I Create India as a Facilitator in Fatehgarh, where I aim to empower individuals through entrepreneurship and skill development. Prior to this, I worked as aYoung Professional at the Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission (UPSRLM), focusing on community mobilization, financial inclusion, and enterprise development. My experience also includes roles at the World Health Organization (WHO) and other social initiatives. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Lucknow, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to drive impactful community-based initiatives.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree and has been associated with I Create India for the past year. Currently, he serves as a Centre Administrator at the Artillery Centre, where he oversees key responsibilities such as conducting workshops, preparing reports, mentoring participants, managing documentation, and ensuring the seamless operation of the Centre. With over a decade of prior experience, he has worked extensively in the telecom and education sectors, including a distinguished role as a State Coordinator.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce. He has previous experience in operations, Management and administration in the corporate sector. Swapnil is a Facilitator at I Create BIC, Artillery Center Nashik. MH

He holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the Central University of Rajasthan. He has been working with I Create India for over 2 years. As a Facilitator, Aamir plays a key role in designing and delivering training programs, workshops, His responsibilities include developing training materials and facilitating sessions.

Shahnawaz is a highly skilled professional with a Master’s in Social Work and over six years of experience in the NGO sector. Currently serving as an Entrepreneurship Facilitat cum Administrator at I Create India, he has been contributing for over six months. In addition, tohis administrative role, he trains individuals at the Business Incubation Centre in Delhi, nurturing entrepreneurial growth. Throughout his career, he has held various impactful roles, including Teacher, Trainer, Facilitator, and EA to the ED at prominent organizations such as the British Council, Tech Mahindra Foundation, FEA, etc, showcasing his diverse expertise.

He has done his graduation and master in social work and he has been associated with I Create for the last 6 months. He is the facilitator cum coordinator of AEW training, documentation, reports, follow-up, mentoring, and outreach with the proteges. He is the primary point of contact for all inquiries related to disciples from RRRC Delhi Cantt. His responsibilities include mentoring, success stories, business planning, Zoho updation, record keeping of all documents, and coordination with RRRC army officers from Delhi Cantt. Additionally, I (Ram Kumar) as a facilitator in the training program as required. His previous 10 years of experience has been in the role of operations and program manager, coordinator, and trainer in various organizations.

Abhishek has been associated with I Create since August 2024 as a Facilitator in Roorkee. He holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Lucknow. Abhishek has part-time work experience with Vishalakshi Foundation as Child Progress Associate and Family Planning Association Of India (FPAI) as Youth Member. He aslo has gained extensive experience working with numerous NGOs as an intern including GOONJ, YES Foundation, Pravah, Paryavarnam, Marpu Foundation and as a volunteer including Help Age India, Pratham Foundation, Innovation For Change (IFC) etc. Besides these, Abhishek has worked as a Research Investigator with the National Human Rights Commission and conducted an audit of the Mid-Day Meal scheme in government schools.

I have a bachelor's degree in commerce and I have been associated with I Create since 2nd December 2024. As a facilitator my primary job is to facilitate Indian Army Veterans to start business Apart from this, enrolment related work, counselling and mentoring is also my job. My previous experience includes facilitator and other roles in various corporate and NGO.

I Completed my Bachelor's degree from Lucknow University in Social work. And Perusing master’s degree in Sociology from Lucknow University. I Completed my NCC training from 64 UP BN NCC Lucknow. Recently I joined I Create India team as Facilitator for Fatehghar.

I'm honoured to be part of the I Create India team, serving as an Accounts cum Admin Assistant. With over two years of experience in this role, I’ve gained a deep understanding of the organization's day-to-day operations. Before joining I Create India, I worked as a Backend Manager at Kalyashastra, an e-commerce company, where I acquired valuable expertise in managing online business operations. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree, which has equipped me with a strong foundation in accounting and finance.

Holds a post graduate degree in Master of Social Work and I have been associated with I Create India for the last 2.7 years. As an Entrepreneurship Facilitator my job involves taking the sessions in both the centers in MEG and ASC and oversees the quality of the sessions. Occasionally it also involves helping Admin team in finding out any of the data required for reports. In my previous job as a program
coordinator in Sankalp India Foundation involved planning and scheduling the blood donation events.

He works as Office Assistant and has seen the growth since its inception in Vijayanagar, HQ,
he meticulously prepares materials for EAP and AEW programs, manages office operations, and oversees
asset records and stock keeping. Gets the documents from the Trustees and also
from the Auditor. Holding a B.A. in Sociology, he is also a celebrated Harikatha Vidwan,
enriching cultural festivities with his classical storytelling, earning accolades
and award from the Karnataka Government and other institutions.
His last experience was as a First-Grade Assistant in BSNLfor 5 years. After
which he joined I create India and has put in service of 12 years.

Is a committed development professional currently working as a Facilitator at 'I Create India’s' MIC Nagpur Centre since May 2025. I hold postgraduate degrees in Clinical Psychology, Women’s Studies & Development, and Social Work(MSW), along with a D.Ed with CTET qualification from RTM Nagpur University. With over six years of grassroots experience, I have worked across education, skill development, counselling, and training, especially in rural, tribal, and marginalized communities. My core areas include life skills facilitation, inclusive education, individual counselling, community engagement, training design and delivery, and educational implementation. I bring a learner-centric, empathetic, and field-based approach to every role I undertake, and I am dedicated to personal growth and contributing meaningfully to social impact.

Shashank K. has been associated with I Create India since May 2025 as a Facilitator at the Nagpur Center. He holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature. At I Create India, Shashank is responsible for facilitating and mentoring Army veterans, managing documentation, and overseeing centre operations. He brings with him three years of experience in the development sector, having previously worked as an Administrator in the education field. His passion for working in the social sector drives his commitment to empowering individuals through entrepreneurship —an approach that supports the wider goal
of fostering entrepreneurship and social well-being.

Suresh Rapathi is a Program Facilitator at I Create Inda, he joined in March 2025 an NGO committed to fostering entrepreneurship and economic empowerment. With a strong background in project management, he has also served as a Project Manager with a trucker organization, where he played a key role in grassroots community engagement and operations. Suresh holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Osmania University At Hyderabad and brings a deep passion for social impact, capacity building, and sustainable development through structured programs and training.
