- Entrepreneurship Awareness Program (EAP)
The path to entrepreneurship begins with awareness and inspiration. Our Entrepreneurship Awareness Program (EAP) is designed to ignite the entrepreneurial spirit, guiding participants through the joys and challenges of the entrepreneurial journey.
It is crucial to cultivate an understanding of entrepreneurship amongst potential beneficiaries. The Entrepreneurship Awareness Program, lasting two to three hours, introduces participants to the joys and challenges of starting a business. Attendees gain insights into the entrepreneurial journey—from ideation to implementation and beyond. They also discover opportunities to engage with I Create programs designed to further their interest towards fulfilment of their goals. The program acts as an initial filter for identifying candidates with the drive to succeed.
- Aspiring Entrepreneurs Workshop (AEW)
The AEW is a dynamic, five-day deep dive into the “how” of entrepreneurship. Through interactive, experiential learning, participants develop business plans, hone their skills, and prepare to take the leap.
Our AEW is a dynamic five-day workshop designed for groups of 25 to 30 participants. Here, beneficiaries are inspired to delve deeper into the “how” of entrepreneurship, exploring skills, hobbies, or domain knowledge they could convert into viable businesses. Through engaging team activities and experiential learning, participants collaborate to navigate the journey from concept to execution, culminating in the creation of a comprehensive business plan.
Following the AEW, approximately 60 to 65% of participants present their own business ideas, ready to embark on their entrepreneurial journeys. These motivated individuals progress to the next stage: Business Plan Mentoring.
- Business Plan Mentoring
In this one-on-one mentoring phase, our experienced Mentors work closely with these motivated protégés to refine their business plans, strategies, and execution.
In this pivotal stage, candidates who are passionate about launching their businesses receive personalized one-on-one mentorship from I Create’s experienced mentors. Crafting a robust business plan is crucial for transitioning from idea to implementation. With a foundation built on accurate data and realistic forecasts, this plan becomes a key determinant of success in their entrepreneurial endeavours. Our specialized business development tool, “Vajrastra”, plays a critical role in helping stakeholders develop an authentic, comprehensive business plan appropriate for presenting to financial institutions and for commercial planning.

Our Training of Trainers (TOT) program represents the quintessential entrepreneurship education for grassroots level. Before earning the prestigious “I Create Certified Facilitator” designation, facilitators undergo intensive sessions, ensuring they maintain our exceptional standards of excellence.

- Training of Trainers (TOT)
Through our rigorous Training of Trainers (TOT) program, we ensure facilitators are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and methodologies to effect change in the communities they serve.
Our Facilitators are the catalysts for change. They serve as the vital link between the innovative programs developed by I Create and their impactful delivery to beneficiaries. To ensure effectiveness, all prospective facilitators must complete I Create’s comprehensive Training of Trainers (TOT) program before they can independently lead sessions. This immersive five-day program accommodates groups of 20 to 30 participants, equipping them with the essential skills and knowledge to foster meaningful change.
- Business Mentoring Certificate Program for scaling the impact
The Program is geared towards creating and deploying more and more well-endowed Business Mentors in the country to help in the creation of large number of job creators and sustainable businesses. I Create National Academy offers this course to those individuals and organizations who are interested in providing business advisory services using I Create’s well-curated pool of knowledge and its time-tested methodology of mentoring. They will also have access to the highly versatile and effective Business Plan Tool – Vajrastra.
To achieve the multiplier effect of this program, the certificate course will also be offered through partnering educational institutions throughout Pan India.

Strategic Alliance: I Create and DIAV Unite to Reinvent Veterans’ Futures
The MoU between I Create and the DIAV leverages a combination of military precision, business acumen, and corporate resources to create a comprehensive support system for veteran entrepreneurs. By joining forces, these organizations demonstrate their commitment to harnessing veterans’ potential for economic growth and community development.
In a landmark collaboration, I Create India and the Directorate of Indian Army Veterans (DIAV) have forged a powerful partnership to radically expand post-service opportunities for veterans. This alliance establishes nationwide Army Business Incubation Centers (BICs), reshaping skilled service members from job seekers into job creators.
The partnership is formalized through a comprehensive May 2018 Memorandum of Understanding, creating a robust foundation for veteran entrepreneurship. This initiative specifically targets Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) and Junior Commissioned Officers (JCOs), leveraging their leadership experience and practical skills for business success.
The BIC network operates through an innovative Public-Private Partnership, uniting three powerful forces:
- DIAV/Army Centers: Contributing infrastructure & help in mobilization
- I Create India: Providing entrepreneurship knowledge and mentorship and operating the centre.
- Corporate CSR Funders: Sponsorship of centres
Vajrastra: Beyond Traditional Biz Plans
Vajrastra isn’t just a template – it’s a strategic compass that guides entrepreneurs through every critical business decision. It simplifies complex business planning into a structured journey of discovery and validation, ensuring no critical element is overlooked.
In addition to the well-structured financial statements and other quantitative data, the tool generates a typical narrative portion of the Biz Plan – consisting of Executive Summary, Market Analysis, Supply Chain Strategy, Risks and mitigation plan and many other sections generally found in the narrative part of the Biz Plan.
By standardizing excellence while allowing for innovation, Vajrastra helps create business plans that don’t just pass investor scrutiny – they command attention and inspire confidence. It’s the difference between presenting a plan and presenting a vision of success.
Our proprietary business development tool, Vajrastra, streamlines the creation of professional business plans tailored for both financial institutions and commercial planning needs.
